About Our Beef
Our dry aged beef is USDA certified, and born, bred, and raised on our 400+ acre family farm in Kittanning, PA.
Our cattle are on pasture year round and primarily grass fed, making the meat tender, lean, and very flavorful! In the winter months we feed our cattle with hay and some corn silage, when needed, that we grow ourselves.
